Business Impact
Patois developed a more cohesive and premium digital presence that better reflects the restaurant itself.
The strategy strengthened awareness around the dining experience, gave seasonal menus and special events greater visibility, created more consistent reservation pathways, and established a repeatable system for supporting both major brand moments and weaker service periods.
The result was not simply more content. It was a clearer expression of why guests should choose Patois as they remake a valuable client continuing to grow.
The Challenge
Patois already had a strong reputation, a talented kitchen, and a loyal local following. The opportunity was not to reinvent the restaurant, but to make its digital presence feel as refined and distinctive as the experience guests encountered in person.
The strategy also needed to support weaker areas of the business, including Sunday brunch, while creating stronger promotion around reservations, seasonal menu changes, special events, and major moments for the restaurant.
The Strategy
We developed a positioning-forward content strategy centered on Patois as an elevated New Orleans dining experience.
Rather than treating the restaurant’s social channels as a stream of individual dishes, the content was designed to communicate the complete experience:
The atmosphere of an intimate Uptown dining room
Refined, chef-driven cuisine
Seasonal menu changes and specialty dishes
Date nights, weekend dining, and Sunday brunch
Wine and whiskey dinners with paired courses
Private events and special programming
Michelin Guide recognition
The visual direction leaned into understated luxury, warm hospitality, and editorial storytelling. Photography and video were used to create desire while captions and calls to action gave guests a clear reason to visit.
Strategic Execution
The ongoing strategy included:
Editorial food, beverage, and atmosphere photography
Short-form video and process-driven reels
Creative direction and visual consistency
Menu launch and seasonal dish promotion
Focused campaigns supporting Sunday brunch
Event strategy, promotion, and on-site content coverage
Promotion of paired wine and whiskey dinners
Reservation links and direct calls to action through Stories
Amplification of Michelin Guide recognition
Messaging built around the restaurant experience, not simply individual menu items
